Interesting Medical Conflict: Liver cirrhosis prevents atrial fibrillation: A reality or just an illusion? An article by Mahmood Zamirian, Tahmineh Sarmadi, Kamran Aghasadeghi, Mohammad Bagher Sharif Kazemi An electrocardiogram (ECG) showing atrial fibrillation (AF) was first published in 1906 [1] but the pathophysiology has remained to some extent undiscovered. In recent years, the pathophysiologic concept of AF has widely extended from the effect of conventional risk factors such as age, diabetes mellitus and hypertension to recently interesting factors such as inflammation and atrial remodeling. The severity of inflammation is proportional with the amount of inhomogenicity in atrial conduction, which can potentiate the initiation of AF. Several studies have shown that increased serum levels of inflammatory markers such C-reactive protein (CRP) and Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is associated with high occurrence of AF rhythm. [2] On the other hand, consumption of anti-inflammatory medications such as statins, angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors and aldosterone receptor blockers (ARBs) seems to be effective to reduce the recurrence of AF. [3],[4] The size of left atrium (LA) is also an objective index to predict the initiation of AF. Patients with increased LA dimensions are predisposed to the development of either paroxysmal or chronic AF. [5] LA enlargement starts a chain of events, which causes activation of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system that leads to progressive atrial fibrosis and remodeling, which is known to play a major role in initiation of AF. [6] According to our previous studies, LA size and volume increase in patients with liver cirrhosis. [7],[8] However unexpectedly, during evaluation of cirrhotic patients in our Liver Transplant Clinic, we noticed that the frequency of AF is substantially low. This clinical observation brought up this idea to our minds that liver cirrhosis may have a protective role against development of AF. In this study, we aimed to investigate the prevalence of atrial fibrillation among cirrhotic patients in the waiting list of liver transplant and to compare it with that of general population. Health Benefits of " Spinach " 1 ) Anti-Cancerous Property : Spinach made up of various important constituents has been found to be promising in various kinds of cancer. These include Bladder, Prostate, Liver and Lung Cancer. Different constituents in spinach like folate, tocopherol, chlorophyllin act via different mechanisms to treat and protect patients suffering from cancer. İt can repair the damaged genes to some extent thereby preventing Skin Cancer in long run. 2 ) Atherosclerosis and Heart Attack: Atherosclerosis is caused due to hardening of arteries. A pigment named lutein found in spinach has been shown to reduce the occurrence atherosclerosis, heart attack as well as stroke. This is due to the fact that spinach proteins tend to reduce the cholesterol and other fat deposits in the blood vessels. 3 ) Immunity : spinach contains Antioxidants ( vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene, manganese, zinc and selenium) vitamin A that not only protects and strengthens "entry points" into the human body, such as mucous membranes, respiratory, urinary and intestinal tracts, but is also a key component of lymphocytes (or white blood cells) that Fight İnfection. 4 ) Blood Pressure: Spinach has high content of potassium and low content of sodium. This composition of minerals is very beneficial for high blood pressure patients as potassium lowers and sodium raises the blood pressure. Folate present in spinach contributes in reducing hypertension and relaxes blood vessels, maintaining proper blood flow. 5 ) Anti-Ulcerative: It has been found that spinach and some other vegetables have the ability to protect the mucous membrane of stomach thereby decreasing the occurrence of gastric ulcers. 6 ) Neurological Benefits: Several components of spinach like potassium, folate, and various antioxidants are known to provide neurological benefits. According to Neurology, folate which reduces due to occurrence of Alzheimer's Disease can be revived by spinach. 7 ) Bone Mineralization: Spinach is a good source of Viatmin K, which functions in retaining calcium in the bone matrix thereby leading to bone mineralization. Apart from this, other minerals like manganese, copper, magnesium, zinc and phosphorus also help in building up of strong bones. This in turn can prevent an individual from osteoporosis of bones. 8 ) Pregnant Women : a ) Foetus Development: Folate found in spinach is needed by the growing foetus for proper development of new nervous system. Defects like cleft palate or spina bifida may occur due to deficiency of folate. Vitamin A offered by spinach is advised to be consumed in more quantities by the mother. Vitamin A is required in lung development of foetus as well as during Breast Feeding. b ) Protein Rich for Infant’s Proper Growth: ‘Popeye’, the sailor man is known for his obsession for spinach. The cartoon was deliberately shown to eat spinach and get strong. Infants are advised to be fed with spinach which is a rich in protein, vitamins minerals and phytonutrients. These will result in proportionate development in there growing stages. 9 ) Eye Health : a ) Cataract: Lutein and zeaxanthin present in spinach act as strong antioxidants thus preventing the eyes from harsh effects of UV rays that lead to cataract. b ) Good Eyesight: Spinach is a rich source of beta carotene, lutein and xanthene, all of which are beneficial for eyesight. Beta carotene is supplied to the eyes by cooked spinach. It can prevent one from vitamin A deficiency disease, itching eyes, eye ulcers and dry eyes.

Hypertension Hypertension is more commonly known as high blood pressure which is also considered as “Silent Killer”. Blood pressure is measured by two numbers. Highest number/systolic pressure is measured when the heart contracts and lowest/diastolic pressure is measured when heart relaxes between the beats. Pressure of blood is normal if systolic is less than 120 and diastolic is less than 80. It ups and downs are known with different names: •Pre-hypertension 120-139/ 80-89 •level/Stage 1: High blood pressure 140-159/90-99 •Level/Stage 2: High blood pressure higher than 160/100 Symptoms of hypertension are dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, chest pain and shortness of breath. Few Symptoms of hypertension are too common to know that one is actually suffering from high blood pressure until and unless his blood pressure is measured. If hypertension is not treated for a long time then it could be a major risk factor for diseases such as heart attacks, kidney failures, strokes and such other disorders. Possible reasons of Hypertension There is a natural tendency for blood pressure to rise with age due to the reduced elasticity of the arterial system. Age is therefore one of the factors that needs to be taken into account in deciding whether a person’s blood pressure is too high. There is evidence that obesity, insulin resistance, high alcohol intake, high salt intake, a sedentary lifestyle, stress, dyslipidemia, and low potassium or calcium intake increase BP. Obesity, and especially abdominal obesity, is considered the main hypertensinogenic factor. Tips to lower the blood pressure Olive oil lowers blood pressure. Salt restriction and fish oil supplementation lower blood pressure. Daily supplementation of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) can significantly reduce blood pressure in people suffering from hypertension. Mix 1gm of garlic in one glass of buttermilk and drink twice a day The herb “Triphala” can be mixed with warm water and had regularly at night. Include lots of garlic in regular diet Our diet affects blood pressure. Vegetarians, for example, tend to have lower blood pressures than non-vegetarians. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products is highly effective in lowering blood pressure. Sour milk reduces blood pressure. Eating two or three raw garlic cloves on empty stomach is also said to lower blood pressure To lower the cholesterol level, one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds can be soaked overnight in water and had on an empty stomach in morning. Relaxation therapy controls high blood pressure. Fish oils recommended for diabetes and hypertension. In today’s fast-paced world filled with increasing demands, it’s important to manage your stress level. Some people cope with stress by overeating or eating unhealthy foods, smoking, drinking and other activities that raise their risk for heart attack, stroke and high blood pressure. Drinking too much alcohol can raise your blood pressure.Limit it to no more than two drinks per day for men and no more than one drink per day for women. Physical activity not only helps control your blood pressure, it also helps you manage your weight, strengthen your heart and manage your stress level. Brisk walk opens blood vessels. Best and safest way to maintain your blood pressure is to eat right. Remember this: while there is no cure, high blood pressure is manageable!!!

Dengue • Web grapevine blogs tell of the use of raw papaya leaf juice in patients with dengue – two leaves, cleaned, pounded and squeezed our of a cloth for a two tablespoonfuls serving, once a day. Reports of improvement in the decreased platelet counts –some are rather dramatic – are attributed to the use of the papaya leaf juice. Bioactive chemicals reported in the leaf are: carpaine, carposide, dehydrocarpaine, flavonols, pseuudocarpaine and tannins. Other than a Nigerian folkloric use of the aqueous extract of the unripe papaya for its "anti-sickling" effect, a search failed to show any study on Carica papaya's effect on the platelet pathway. (Also see: Gatas-gatas and the folk medicine grapevine reports on use for dengue.) Studies • Phytochemicals: Chemical Profile of Unripe Pulp of Carica papaya: Phytochemical analysis of the mature unripe pulp of C papaya yielded minerals in considerable quantities and the presence of saponins and cardenolides that explains its astringent therapeutic uses. • Toxicity study: A study to evaluate the toxicity of aqueous extract of unripe papaya – consumed for its anti-sickling effect by some sickle cell patients – showed no adverse effects or evidence of toxicity on the organ functions in rats. • Hypotensive: Blood pressure depression by the fruit juice of Carica papaya (L.) in renal and DOCA-induced hypertension in the rat: Study showed significant lowering of mean arterial pressure, more than hydralazine. It concludes that the fruit juice of C papaya contains antihypertensive agent/s which exhibits mainly alpha-adrenoreceptor activity. • Antihemolytic: Antihemolytic action of an extract of Carica papaya bark. Possibilities of use in glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiencies. • Antioxidant / Antiulcer: (1) Study of the aqueous extract on alcohol-induced acute damage and the immediate blood oxidative stress level in rats showed that Cp may potentially serve as a good therapeutic agent against gastric ulcer and oxidative stress. (2) Study on the antiulcerogenic activities of Cp extract on aspirin-induced ulcer in rats showed reduced ulcer index, lipid peroxide levels and alkaline phosphatase activity in rats. It suggests Cp may exert gastroprotective effects by free radical scavenging action and presents a therapeutic potential in the treatment of gastric diseases. • Anthelmintic / Jejunal Contraction Modulation : Study of an ethanol extract of C papaya seeds caused concentration-dependent inhibition of jejunal contraction which was significantly irreversible. Benzyl isothiocyanate (BITC)is the main bioactive compound responsible for its anthelmintic activity. The results show that papaya seed extract and BITC are capable of weakening the contractile capacity of isolated rabbit jejunum and concludes that the anthelmintic efficacy level may also cause impairment of intestinal functions. • Antisickling Property: Study on the methanolic leaf extracts of Cp showed reduction of hemolysis and protection of erythrocyte membrane stability under osmotic stress conditions. Pretreatment with Cp leaf extract inhibited formation of sickle cells under severe hypoxia. The results indicate the feasibility of Cp as an attractive candidate for Sickle Cell Disease therapy. • Nephroprotective Property: Study showed the aqueous seed extract of Cp has nephroprotective effect on carbon tetrachloride renal-injured rats, possibly mediated through any of the phytocomponents through either an antioxidant and/or free radical scavenging mechanism/s. • Wound Healing Property: Study showed the papaya latex formulated in the Carbopol gel, based on hydroxyproline content, wound contraction and epithelialization time, to be effective in the treatment of burns and supports its traditional use. • Pregnancy Concerns: A study was done to evaluate the safety of papaya consumption in pregnancy. Ripe papaya consumption showed (1) no significant difference in the number of implantation sites and viable fetuses in papaya fed rats relative to control (2) no fetal or maternal toxicity in all groups (3) No significant contractile effect on uterine smooth muscles. However, crude papaya latex (1) induced spasmodic contraction of the uterine muscles similar to oxytocin and prostaglandin F2a. Results suggest, ripe papaya consumption pose no significant danger during pregnancy. However, unripe or semi-ripe papaya that contains high concentration of latex produces marked uterine contraction and may be unsafe during pregnancy. • Male Infertility: Study of the alkaloid extract of Cp seeds prevented ovum fertilization, reduced sperm cell counts, sperm cell degeneration and induced testicular cell lesion, changes that induce reversible male infertility and a potential for a pharmaceutical male contraceptive. • Leaf Extract Acute Toxicity Study: Acute toxicity study of Carica papaya leaf extract did not cause death or acute adverse effects. However hemoglobin, hematocrit, RBC, and total proteins were significantly increased suggesting dehydration. • Dried Seeds / Anthelmintic: Study evaluated air-dried papaya seeds on human intestinal parasitosis showed efficacious results without significant side effects. • Hepatoprotective: Study of Carica papaya fruit extract showed significant dose-dependent hepatoprotection in carbon tetrachloride hepatotoxic rats. • Pawpaw Wine: Wine produced from pawpaw had similar taste and characteristics with natural palm wine. It can be produced for immediate consumption or preserved by refrigeration. Now you know!!! R.F.N.

Dealing with the Irritations of Life October 24, 2009 Interacting with friends, workers, mates, and children will reveal the inner workings of a person. Being irritable can cause bodily aches and pains, tiredness, nervousness. The mind can become weighed down by burdens. Granted, the irritants may be small, vague ones. All a person may say is, “I’m anxious, afraid.” Maybe he can’t tell you any particular thing that is bothering him. But he knows something is, and once in a while one particular sore will fester till it breaks open. In our society today, millions of people are suffering from chronic worry, hypertension, prejudice, guilt, hatred, fear, and the harassment of failure. Unfortunately, an alarming number of people suffering from these ailments are professing Christians! The person who knows Christ as Savior is not immune to mental or emotional problems. He is as susceptible to tension and anxiety as a non-Christian working beside him at the office or plant or living next door. If you are struggling with a difficulty, you are not alone. That is, you are not the only one facing a problem, even though you share your inner conflict with no one. “My problem is so simple,” you say. “How can I talk about it? I can see that I’m mad at my wife. But when I think of the inconsequential things over which I’m mad, I get confused. Why should I lose my temper over a misplaced pair of socks, or why would I leave the house upset because she disapproves of my bowling teammates? “But the way I am – my reactions to life at home, at work, at church, with my relatives – cause me to lose sleep at night, to lash out at the children, to say things I don’t mean. I think thoughts that surprise me. I tell myself, ‘This can’t be me.’” The struggle for peace is just that – recognizing and dealing with the sin that causes your problem. Paul Tournier, a Christian psychiatrist in Switzerland, says everyone experiences guilt feelings and seeks to escape them by self-justification and repression of conscience. “To tear men from this impossible situation and to make them capable once more of receiving grace, God must therefore first of all awaken within them the repressed guilt” (Guilt and Grace, Harper and Row, p. 142). Sometimes, Tournier explains, this arousal comes only through severe dealings which are necessary to lead men to the experience of repentance and grace. He writes, “For a man crushed by the consciousness of his guilt, the Bible offers the certainty of pardon and grace. But to one who denies this it bears terrible threats in order to make him introspect himself” (Guilt and Grace, p. 145). Tournier then refers to God’s words in the Book of Jeremiah: “I will bring judgment upon you because of your saying, ‘I have not sinned’” (Jer. 2:35). The aim of “operation severity,” Tournier says, “is not the crushing of the sinner but, on the contrary, his salvation. For that, God must pull him out of the vicious circle of his natural attempts at self-justification” (Guilt and Grace, p. 146). In coming to terms with yourself, you must consider your relationships to the people and events in your life. Because mental health is related to your attitudes toward people, it is not a matter primarily for the physician. The Bible – not medical books – holds the key. God’s Word deals with one’s relationships with others, with standards of conduct, with emotions, with the deep issues of life, with the heart of a man before God. The struggle for peace is a spiritual matter, involving your soul or spirit and how you react to the things that come your way. The source of peace involves your relationship to God.

All-night revision for exam? Sleep on it Jayashree Nandi,TNN | Apr 29, 2012, 06.05AM IST Research by the School of Life Sciences in JNU has revealed that sleep plays a significant role in encoding information and retaining what is learned through the day. NEW DELHI: Staying up all night to revise your exam syllabus just one more time might not be a great idea after all. Far from brushing up your memory, it might lead you to forget most of what you learned. Recent research by the School of Life Sciences (SLS) in Jawaharlal Nehru University has revealed that sleep plays a significant role in encoding information and retaining what is learned through the day. So after a day of cramming, if you are sleep-deprived, chances are you will remember very little. The research team led by Dr Sushil Jha found that rats deprived of sleep for six hours just after learning a task couldn't perform the same task well the next day while the other group that got adequate sleep replicated it. The laboratory is now working on establishing that learning, in turn, changes sleep pattern. "Yes, if you have gone through any kind of training or learning, you may sleep more. This is not because you are tired but because memory consolidation needs proper sleep. Sleep also activates the brain's protein synthesis machinery which helps consolidate memory. Further, sleep helps in brain development, which is why babies sleep more," said Jha, assistant professor of neuroscience at SLS. He added that this was the first time in India that research showed sleep deprivation impaired trace-learning in rats. One of the studies by the team, on impairment of memory due to sleep deprivation, was published in Elsevier journal. "We used male Wistar rats that were taught a task using a paired stimulus of fruit juice and light. Juice was always given after presenting light as a cue to them in their chamber. While all the rats were taught these cues, one group of rats was not allowed to sleep for six hours after learning and the other was allowed to sleep. Next morning, when we gave the cues again, the sleep-deprived rats showed an impaired performance. They poked the juice 45.72% less than the non-sleep deprived group," said Jha. Recent research from the University of Notre Dame also shows that going to sleep shortly after learning new material is most beneficial for recall. The study was performed with 207 students and concluded that recall was best when students slept for sometime right after lessons. "If a person is stressed then the retrieval phenomenon of memories is also impaired. The health of the person is also compromised if he/she does not get proper sleep. That is why most people who are sleep deprived also tend to suffer from hypertension, diabetes, obesity and insomnia. These health conditions are related," he added. Another recent study by the group published in 'Frontiers in Neurology' looks at the function of rapid eye m(REM) sleep state in maintaining a long spell of sleep. The study suggests that when one is in deep sleep (non-REM sleep), breathing rate goes down and that is why CO2 level increases in the body. REM sleep eliminates excess CO2 from the body and helps maintain uninterrupted sleep.

Exercise and diet are two things in your life that you have control over. They also have a big effect on blood pressure. Dietary changes should include more fruits and vegetables and fewer meats and fats (especially red meat). Regular, non-strenuous exercise like walking 30 minutes per day is enough to make a significant drop in blood pressure.Talk to your doctor before you try any natural treatments, especially if you are currently taking prescription medication for hypertension. Some of the most interesting research on hypertension is on the subject of the minerals sodium, potassium, and magnesium and their relationship to blood pressure. There has been some controversy over the role sodium plays in hypertension. Recent studies have shown that only 30-40% of people are actually salt-sensitive. Most doctors still recommend that all hypertensive patients limit salt. The recommended sodium intake is 200-1000mg per day. Most Americans are eating 10-50 times that amount, so limiting salt is a good idea for most people. Besides limiting salt, be sure to eat potassium rich foods such as bananas, citrus, pears, potatoes, squash, tomatoes, peas, and lima beans. In the newsletter, Health & Healing, Dr. Julian Whitaker, M.D. says that about half of the people currently on blood pressure medication would no longer need it if they could simply regulate their mineral balance of sodium, potassium, and magnesium. For optimum fluid control at the cellular level, the body's ratio of potassium to sodium should be 5:1. The problem that has been identified as too much sodium is often due to low potassium levels, at least as far as maintaining the 5:1 ratio between the two minerals is concerned. Considering the 200-1000mg per day for sodium, you can figure that the 5:1 ratio would mean 1000-5000mg per day of potassium. Duke University did a double-blind study with potassium supplements. Significant blood pressure decreases of as much as 20 points resulted for those participants who took the supplements. Usually eating a balanced diet will provide enough potassium, and supplements should be taken under a doctor's advice. Just taking potassium supplements may not be enough, though. Most hypertension patients are taking a diuretic, or perhaps using teas or herbs as a diuretic. This stimulated loss of fluid causes potassium to be excreted along with sodium. Magnesium is also excreted with diuretic use. The body requires magnesium in order to store potassium. When magnesium and potassium are in balance, the potassium works to make the body rid itself of excess sodium and fluid. In other words, if the balance is correct, potassium/magnesium will act like a diuretic and regulate the level of sodium and fluid in the body naturally. Magnesium is a trace mineral that is plentiful in whole-grains and leafy green vegetables, and at lower concentrations in other fresh fruits and vegetables. Only a tiny amount of magnesium is required, which you can easily get from foods. CAUTION : • Banana is forbidden for Single Women.. As a single woman, of course many rules and myths are always around our lives. However, some myths, it turns out it can be proven scientifically. That is why the ban was supposed to be obeyed. Prohibition of eating green banana fruit for the one who was a girl for instance. Nutrition expert Prof Ir Ahmad Sulaeman MS PhD, in light conversation with Reuters, explaining the scientific reasons behind this ban. "Pisang Ambon had a substance that makes a high libido," he said. If you're eating too many bananas, for a single girl, would be dangerous, because the libido will rise. Though its status as a girl, so they can not channel the sexual desires. "If married, a high libido will not be a problem, but when I was a girl, this menjdi its own problems. So better to cut it ladies.. So, NOT FOR SINGLES.. or my suggestion, burn it with someone.. Hmmmmmmmm.. Right? admin chinG

HELP THE BLIND, BECOME A REASON FOR SOMEONE'S HAPPINESS, 'SHARE' IF YOU 'CARE' - WHAT IS EYE DONATION? Eye donation is donating the eyes after a person’s death. Eyes are very valuable part of a human being, which should not be wasted either by burning or burying the body. Donation of the eyes gives sight to TWO Corneally blind persons, enabling them to come out of their dark and dreary life into a life full of colors, a life where they can see and enjoy this beautiful world! WHY SHOULD EYES BE DONATED AFTER DEATH? There is no substitute for human tissue. The transplantation process depends upon the priceless gift of Cornea donation from one human to the next. The use of artificial tissue for transplantation has been unsuccessful. We know that we are not going to live permanent here but after our death, let our eyes live in this world by giving a new life to blind! WHO CAN DONATE THEIR EYES? Age does not matter while making this precious donation. Person suffering from Diabetes, Hypertension, Systemic disorders like Asthma and Tuberculosis CAN ALSO donate their eyes. Cataract surgery patient can also be a happy donor. Above all, all Religions endorse the practice of eye donations and its one great valuable service a person can do in his / her life. 'SHARE' IF YOU 'CARE'! SPREAD A GOOD WORD!

ZIKIR OBAT MUJARAB DARAH TINGGI
Menurut Faruk, setelah menghubungi si tabib dia kedatangan seorang kerabatnya, usai mendengar keluhan Faruq, kerabatnya langsung menganjurkan agar Faruq meningkatkan kualitas shalatnya dan memperbanyak bacaan Al-Qur'an. Sedangkan 10% penderintanya diduga akibat faktor lain, yakni akibat pola makan tak sehat, obesitas (kegemukan), merokok, alkohol, makanan/minuman instan, perubahan gaya hidup, penggunaan alat kontrasepsi dan lainnya. Sebagian penderitanya pun mulai letih berobat asbab tensinya tak kunjung stabil. Hypertension or high blood pressure is a condition in which the blood pressure in the arteries is chronically elevated. With every heart beat, the heart pumps blood through the arteries to the rest of the body. Blood pressure is the force of blood that is pushing up against the walls of the blood vessels. If the pressure is too high, the heart has to work harder to pump, and this could lead to organ damage and several illnesses such as heart attack, stroke, heart failure, aneurysm, or renal failure. According to Medilexicon's medical dictionary, hypertension means "High blood pressure; transitory or sustained elevation of systemic arterial blood pressure to a level likely to induce cardiovascular damage or other adverse consequences." The normal level for blood pressure is below 120/80, where 120 represents the systolic measurement (peak pressure in the arteries) and 80 represents the diastolic measurement (minimum pressure in the arteries). Blood pressure between 120/80 and 139/89 is called prehypertension (to denote increased risk of hypertension), and a blood pressure of 140/90 or above is considered hypertension. Hypertension may be classified as essential or secondary. Essential hypertension is the term for high blood pressure with unknown cause. It accounts for about 95% of cases. Secondary hypertension is the term for high blood pressure with a known direct cause, such as kidney disease, tumors, or birth control pills. Some 73 million adults the United States are affected by hypertension. The condition also affects about two million teens and children. What causes hypertension? Though the exact causes of hypertension are usually unknown, there are several factors that have been highly associated with the condition. These include: Smoking Obesity or being overweight Diabetes Sedentary lifestyle Lack of physical activity High levels of salt intake (sodium sensitivity) Insufficient calcium, potassium, and magnesium consumption Vitamin D deficiency High levels of alcohol consumption Stress Aging Medicines such as birth control pills Genetics and a family history of hypertension Chronic kidney disease Adrenal and thyroid problems or tumors Statistics in the USA indicate that African Americans have a higher incidence of hypertension than other ethnicities. How is hypertension diagnosed? Hypertension may be diagnosed by a health professional who measures blood pressure with a device called a sphygmomanometer - the device with the arm cuff, dial, pump, and valve. The systolic and diastolic numbers will be recorded and compared to a chart of values. If the pressure is greater than 140/90, you will be considered to have hypertension. A high blood pressure measurement, however, may be spurious or the result of stress at the time of the exam. In order to perform a more thorough diagnosis, physicians usually conduct a physical exam and ask for the medical history of you and your family. Doctors will need to know if you have any of the risk factors for hypertension, such as smoking, high cholesterol, or diabetes. If hypertension seems reasonable, tests such as electrocardiograms (EKG) and echocardiograms will be used in order to measure electrical activity of the heart and to assess the physical structure of the heart. Additional blood tests will also be required to identify possible causes of secondary hypertension and to measure renal function, electrolyte levels, sugar levels, and cholesterol levels. How is hypertension treated? The main goal of treatment for hypertension is to lower blood pressure to less than 140/90 - or even lower in some groups such as people with diabetes, and people with chronic kidney diseases. Treating hypertension is important for reducing the risk of stroke, heart attack, and heart failure. High blood pressure may be treated medically, by changing lifestyle factors, or a combination of the two. Important lifestyle changes include losing weight, quitting smoking, eating a healthful diet, reducing sodium intake, exercising regularly, and limiting alcohol consumption. Medical options to treat hypertension include several classes of drugs. ACE inhibitors, ARB drugs, beta-blockers, diuretics, calcium channel blockers, alpha-blockers, and peripheral vasodilators are the primary drugs used in treatment. These medications may be used alone or in combination, and some are only used in combination. In addition, some of these drugs are preferred to others depending on the characteristics of the patient (diabetic, pregnant, etc.). If blood pressure is successfully lowered, it is wise to have frequent checkups and to take preventive measures to avoid a relapse of hypertension. How can hypertension be prevented? Hypertension can best be prevented by adjusting your lifestyle so that proper diet and exercise are key components. It is important to maintain a healthy weight, reduce salt intake, reduce alcohol intake, and reduce stress. In order to prevent damage to critical organs and conditions such as stroke, heart attack, and kidney failure that may be caused by high blood pressure, it is important to screen, diagnose, treat, and control hyper tension in its earliest stages. This can also be accomplished by increasing public awareness and increasing the frequency of screenings for the condition. Video: What does hypertension do? When you envision running, you probably will fall into one of two categories. Either you love it or you hate it; sometimes it is even a love/hate relationship. It’s painful, tedious, and exhausting. So what makes people love it? What makes people who hate it keep doing it? It is likely that the benefits of running outweigh the hatred (if there is any). Many runners probably begin their running program with a physical goal foremost in their minds, like losing weight or toning their legs. These are definitely some potential benefits that come from running, but they’re not the only ones. One of the greatest benefits of a runner’s lifestyle is that it strongly contributes to overall health in so many ways. It could even be a way to meet people or to compete with others in races. Well, the fact is, running has a lot of benefits. And here’s a list of some of the best. 1. Win the battle of the bulge. Many people start running in order to win the battle of the bulge. Whether they are obese or just want to lose that last ten pounds, or even if they just want to stay at the weight they are at, approximately 60 percent of runners start running to manage their weight. Running is one of the top activities for burning fat. In fact, with the exception of cross country skiing, running burns more calories per minute than any other form of cardiovascular exercise. 2. Prevent muscle and bone loss. Our bones are made to accommodate the demands placed upon them. By sitting in front of the monitor all day many of us allow our bones to grow weaker, but by running regularly our skeleton gets the demand it needs to stay healthy. In addition to keeping our insides from aging quickly, regular, high-intensity exercise, like running, has also been proven to promote the human growth hormone, which celebrities have taken injections of for years to keep them looking young. 3. Fight disease. Running reduces the risk of stroke and breast cancer. Regular running has become a treatment option for doctors to prescribe to patients who are at a high risk, or early stages, of osteoporosis, diabetes, and hypertension. It reduces the risk of heart attacks, by strengthening the heart and lowering blood pressure. Running maintains the elasticity of arteries incredibly well because as you run your arteries expand and contract nearly three times as much as usual. 4. Maintain and improve general health. Running is one of the best activities most people can do to improve their health. It raises HDL (or “good”) cholesterol, reduces the risk of blood clots, and encourages use of the 50 percent of your lungs that usually go unused. Running also boost the immune system by creating a higher concentration of lymphocytes (white blood cells that attack disease). 5. Get confident. Jogging builds confidence and self-esteem like few other individual sports can. It allows the runner to defeat trial after trial, growing stronger and more sure of themselves with each footstrike. It allows you to truly climb hills and clear obstacles. It provides a feeling of empowerment and freedom that comes with knowing that your legs and body are strong and capable. Confidence is even more a product of running for those who lose weight and gain a better self-image through running. 6. Stress relief. This is another huge benefit of jogging. Whether by allowing you the time to think about life’s problems or time to escape them for awhile, tension easily flies by the wayside as you fly over the miles. Distance runs are great for solving headaches and problems that are nagging at you. What could be better than a three hour run all by yourself to clear your mind and allow you to pin down an answer? Speed runs are great for tearing through aggression and anger. Focus all that emotion into a few sprints and you’ll feel better in no time. 7. The famous “Runner’s high.” Aside from just the stress relief, jogging has also been proven to improve attitude. Running, especially outside and on trails, creates a release of endorphins that can cause euphoria (runner’s high) or just a general sense of happiness. Running has been used for years to treat clinical depression and addictions of all kinds. Less tension, less depression, less fatigue, and less confusion are just a few of the changes that patients have seen after beginning a regular running program. Running gives something for them to focus on, allowing them to see something besides their depressed state or addiction. 8. Train your mind. Along that line, running can help train the mind as much as it trains the body. By making yourself overcome the obstacles that running brings, you learn focus and determination. The will and strength that gets your body through long runs or those runs you’d much rather skip is what in turn strengthens your mind and gives you focus and determination in other areas of your life. 9. Improve coordination. Another worthwhile benefit which may be gained from running. This may seem surprising to many who assume it is not possible to gain these types of benefits from running simply because it is such a simple sport. However, there is some coordination involved in running. Trail running which involves running on unpaved trails especially requires a great deal of coordination. The uneven surface combined with obstacles such as rocks and tree roots can make trail running quite difficult. However, runners who regularly run on these types of services, quickly learn to maintain better control over their bodies to prevent tripping and stumbling while running. 10. Versatility. Not many sports can be done almost anywhere with almost no gear. I’m sure the ancient Greeks would argue that even shoes and clothes aren’t required, as their Olympians were quite the minimalists. Today, we just need a good pair of running shoes and off we go. From urban sidewalks to rural trails and all the real estate in between, the world is loaded with places for runners to explore. Travel a lot? There’s always room in your suitcase for a pair of sneakers. The world is your gym, go re-discover it. Starting a running program is far simpler than most people believe. If you’re new to running or have any health impairments, it’s advisable to make an appointment with your doctor to be sure you are healthy and ready to start. Then, find a good pair of running shoes, get off the couch and… go! STEPS TO EFFICIENT RUNNING Run tall. Gravity and weak core muscles cause many runners to “fold” in the middle when their feet land. This sitting-down movement wastes energy. Imagine that wires are attached to your shoulders, pulling you up slightly. Thrust your hips forward a bit and think “stability” when your foot hits. It’s easier to run tall if you’ve worked your core properly. Relax. Tension in your arms, shoulders, neck, and face reduces efficiency. Arms and fingers should be loose. Unclench your hands and let your jaw jiggle. Breathe right. Your breathing should be rhythmic and deep, and you should feel your diaphragm, not your chest, doing the work. Exhale with controlled force. When you pick up the pace, don’t let your breathing get shallow. Land on the midfoot. A heel-first landing is a brake. It means you’re extending your leg out too far in front of your center of gravity, so it takes more energy to move forward. And it’s shaky, so your muscles are working on stabilization instead of forward motion. Shorten your stride. It’ll feel odd at first, like shuffling, but once you get used to it, focus on thrusting backward with force. Run softly. The louder your footfalls, the less efficiently you’re running. Try running more quietly; you’ll be unconsciously switching to a midfoot strike and a shorter, quicker stride. Swing symmetrically. Check your form on a treadmill in front of a mirror. If one arm is bent more than the other or swings more, you have a musculo-skeletal imbalance that can slow you down. Target the weaker side with strength and flexibility exercises. WARNINGS Always stretch after you run. It may not seem like you need to stretch after, but it helps you get rid of lactic acid, which is what makes your muscles ache! In addition, stretching your muscles will allow them to become stronger/faster. Also, by stretching after your run, you need not worry that you are stretching cold muscles. Pre-run stretching, while not inherently unsafe, is more likely to cause injury if not preceded by a warm-up. Don’t feel pressured to continue faster than you’re able. Repeat weeks and move ahead only when you feel you’re ready. Don’t skip the warm-up, and be sure to walk for a bit when you’ve finished, to allow your body time to cool down gradually. Always consume adequate amounts of fluids before, after, and during (if runs last more than 45 minutes or so) your runs, especially in the heat. If you feel at all thirsty, you are already dehydrated.

Drink lot of water to keep disease away --------------------------------------------- Six [6] glasses of water (1.5 litres) everyday.. Drink six [6] glasses of water (1.5 litres) everyday and avoid medicine, tablets, injections, diagnosis, doctor fees etc. You can never believe before practicing. HOW TO DO THIS WATER THERAPY? 1. Early morning, after you get up from bed, (without even brushing your teeth) drink 1.50 litres of water i.e. 5 to 6 glasses. Let us all know that ancient Indians termed this therapy as “USHA PAANA CHIKITSA ". You may wash your face thereafter. 2. Here it is very essential to note that nothing else, neither drinks nor solid food of any sort should be taken within 1 hr. before and after drinking these 1.5 litres of water. 3. It is also to be strictly observed that no alcoholic drinks shall be taken the previous night. 4. If required, boiled and filtered water may be used for this purpose. Is it possible to drink 1.50 litres of water at one time? This is a BIG QUESTION? To begin with, one may find it difficult to drink 1.50 litres of water at one time, but one will get used to it gradually. Initially, while practicing you may drink four glasses first and then the balance two glasses after a gap of 2 minutes. Initially you may find the necessity to urinate 2 - 3 times within an hour, but it will become normal after quite some time. HOW DOES PURE WATER ACT? Consuming ordinary drinking water by the right method purifies human body. It renders the colon more effective by forming new fresh blood, known in medical terms as Haematopaises. That the mucosal folds of the colon and intestines are activated by this method, is an undisputed fact, just as the theory that new fresh blood is produced by the mucosal fold. If the colon is cleansed then the nutrients of the food taken several times a day will be absorbed and by the action of the mucosal folds they are turned in to fresh blood. The blood is all-important in curing ailments and restoring health and for this water should be consumed in a regular pattern.

When early settlers arrived in the United states there were more than two thousand tribes of Native Americans. Each tribe had(and in many cases, still does),it's own system of herbal medicine that was,in many ways, far superior to the European style of health care practiced by the pioneers. In fact, early settlers were startled to see Indians recovering from injuries that they considered fatal. The typical Tribal Medicine Man/Woman was as well equipped as any modern day pharmacy to treat a wide range of medical needs, ranging from the common cold to childbirth. The practicing of Medicine ways was a full time job and responsibility for the well-being and emotional balance of the Villagers/Tribe belonged to the Medicine Man/Woman. In return for his/her services, he/she was cared for by the members of the village. He/She always had food, shelter, his/her needs met, assistance when it was needed, and special Spirit gifts that showed the honor and respect of his/her people. This was how the Medicine Man/Woman was "paid". Although we have incorporated many of these herbs into our herbal traditions, many have been forgotten (or) are"now" difficult to obtain. The following list just goes to prove how sophisticated the Native American Traditional Healing/Herbal System really was.

Mental Tension::::::::::::::::::::: Mental tension is the cause of the crimes in the world. Many diseases are also due to psychological imbalance, nervous strain and hypertension. In order to feel relaxed, some people, now-a-days, take tranquilizers, smoke marijuana or use LSD drugs but this does not provide them with a lasting relief. Rather, these things have harmful effects on man's mental faculties and they make him a slave of the urge to take them again and again. It has now been demonstrated that the best course to be free from mental tension is to practise Raja Yoga daily, even though for a short while. One would naturally like to know as to what exactly it is that leads man to mental tension and how Raja Yoga helps to keep him free from it. In this connection, one should know that the main factor responsible for the mental tension is man's attitude towards events, persons and things. It is well-known that the main mechanism through which man reacts to external stimuli in the form of events, persons or things is man's brain and the network of sensory and motor nerves with which the brain is connected. But it is the soul which is the centre of the consciousness and the soul abides near the pituitary gland. The pituitary receives the external stimuli through the hypothalamus which receives information from the cerebral cortex of the brain and passes it on to the soul. Now it depends upon what attitudes, values or proclivities the soul has. The soul reacts to those stimuli according to its tendencies, beliefs, values etc. through the above-mentioned mechanism. Raja Yoga enables the soul to have proper attitudes, values,will-power and bliss through link with God. If for example, the soul looks upon the world as a drama, it does not feel sad in the face of adverse events. Rather, it takes them as mere passing panorama and remains as a witness. Again, if the soul has the belief that he was originally calm and peaceful and that all other persons also are souls, related to it as brothers, he treats all with love and if others act unrighteously, he pities them and tries to extricate him rather than get disturbed. Further, the soul, because of his belief in God as the omnipotent and merciful Father, who helps those who help themselves by acting according to divine law, remains free of worry, feels secure and also get love from Him. It experiences bliss and this saves the soul from the harmful impact of external stimuli on his consciousness. Thus, Raja Yoga helps the soul to feel relaxed and peaceful.
The word Yoga means ‘connection’. The mental connection between the soul and Supreme Soul or the remembrance of the Supreme Soul by the soul is called meditation or Raj Yoga. Stability in the Soul-consciousness and God-consciousness will bring peace and bliss to the soul. By this means, all the latencies of the vicious actions of the past lives will be destroyed because intellectual communion with God acts like fire. It burns the sins of the past. Yoga washes off all dirt from the soul; bathing in a river may clean the body but a soul is cleansed only in the remembrance of the Supreme Soul.. Yoga is the only means through which soul gets link or association with God, who is the truth. By dint of Yoga, man controls his otherwise fickle sense organs and overcomes diverse vile thoughts. Yoga has such great force that, under its influence, even the elements of nature are brought to elevated state and the righteousness and peace is established in the world.. Through the meditation or RajYoga, the soul gets immense joy of an extraordinary kind from it’s link with the Supreme Soul.. The Knowledge of our relationship with God: . What is our relationship with God? Knowledge of the relationship between the soul and the supreme soul is very essential to remembrance. In his dealings in life, man remembers every now and then only those who are bound to him by ties of one kind or another. The closer the relationship, the more easily one is reminded of it without any effort, as it were. It is very important to realize and feel that God indeed is our Supreme Father-Mother, Teacher, true Friend and Guide, and the real Protector. Relationship is the lever that can lift us to the state of Yoga. So if we have clearly before us, our relationship with God, we shall every now and then be reminded of Him and only this true link redeems all the human beings.. God is the most beautiful being: . Beauty is a thing that bewitches man and draws his mind and understanding again towards itself. But beauty of the physical body and other physical things is only temporary and subject to gradual decline and decay. On the contrary, it is the Supreme Soul, the Supreme Father, who is absolutely and truly beautiful. His beauty is spotless; it never suffers change or decline. Remembering Him will make a soul clean and beautiful.. How to practice Raja Yoga? . Whenever one remembers any person or thing, one is reminded of all that person or thing is and what one’s association therewith is. Hence, at the very start, you have the feeling that you are now here to remember God, your mind will at once be transported to the highest world of eternal Light, which is His abode. The qualities of God, the Supreme Soul, a point-of-light will come to the memory.. This means that you have not to utter any sound or syllable, nor recite mentally any formula or maxim. You have to let yourself easily remember Him, or be conscious of Him, the Supreme Soul who is in the Incorporeal World. This is similar to the way in which the memory of any of your worldly relations or ties comes to you. You will then recollect in some such manner as: “ I am a soul… I am a point of light and I am a child of the Supreme Soul… He is also a point of light. God the Supreme Father is an inexhaustible repository of knowledge, peace, bliss and love and is Almighty …. He it is who bestows blessedness on all… How very fortunate I am …”. . The knowledge of both the soul and Supreme Soul is already there. Hence this should not be difficult to practice. You need to withdraw yourself from all your sense organs and establish yourself in the faith that you are a soul, distinct from your body; You will be reminded of the Supreme Soul. As long as we live in the consciousness of the body, we tend to remember only the body and it’s connections. On the contrary, when I understand myself to be a soul, I will naturally put in mind the Supreme Father of the soul.

Why is the consumption of alcohol prohibited in Islam? Alcohol has been the scourge of human society since time immemorial. It continues to cost countless human lives, and causes terrible misery to millions throughout the world. Alcohol is the root cause of several problems facing society. The statistics of soaring crime rates, increasing instances of mental illnesses and millions of broken homes throughout the world bear mute testimony to the destructive power of alcohol. 1. Prohibition of alcohol in the Qur’an The Glorious Qur’an prohibits the consumption of alcohol in the following verse: "O ye who believe! Intoxicants and Gambling, (Dedication of) stones, And (divination by) arrows, Are an Abomination – Of Satan’s handiwork; Eschew such (abomination),That ye may prosper." [Al-Qur’an 5:90] 2. Prohibition of alcohol in the Bible (If a jew/christian ask u this question then here is a reply from their own book) The Bible prohibits the consumption of alcohol in the following verses: a. "Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging; and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise." [Proverbs 20:1] b. "And be not drunk with wine." [Ephesians 5:18] 3. Alcohol inhibits the inhibitory center The human beings possess an inhibitory centre in their brains. This inhibitory centre prevents the person from doing things that he considers wrong. For instance a person does not normally use abusive language while addressing his parents or elders. If he has to answer the call of nature, his inhibitory centre will prevent him from doing so in public. Therefore he uses the toilet. When a person consumes alcohol, the inhibitory centre itself is inhibited. That is precisely the reason that an inebriated person is often found to be indulging in behaviour that is completely uncharacteristic of him. For instance the intoxicated person is found to use abusive and foul language and does not realize his mistake even if he is addressing his parents. Many even urinate in their clothes. Neither do they talk nor walk properly. They even misbehave. 4. Cases of adultery, rape, incest and AIDS are found more among alcoholics According to National Crime Victimization Survey Bureau of Justice (U.S. Department of Justice) in the year 1996 alone everyday on an average 2,713 rapes took place. The statistics tell us that the majority of the rapists, were intoxicated while committing the crime. The same is true in cases of molestation. According to statistics, 8% of Americans commit incest i.e. one in every twelve to thirteen persons in America is involved in incest. Almost all the cases of incest are due to intoxication of one or both the persons involved. One of the major factors associated with the spread of AIDS, the most dreaded disease, is alcoholism. 5. Every alcoholic was initially a social drinker Many may argue in favour of liquor by calling themselves ‘social drinkers’. They claim that they only have one or two pegs and they have self-control and so never get intoxicated. Investigations reveal that every alcoholic started as a social drinker. Not a single alcoholic or drunkard initially starts drinking with the intention of becoming an alcoholic or a drunkard. No social drinker can say that I have been having alcohol for several years and that I have so much self-control that I have never been intoxicated even a single time. 6. If a person is intoxicated just once and commits something shameful, it will remain with him for a lifetime. Suppose a ‘social drinker’ loses his self-control just once. In a state of intoxication he commits rape or incest. Even if the act is later regretted, a normal human being is likely to carry the guilt throughout his life. Both the perpetrator and the victim are irreparably and irreversibly damaged. 7. Alcohol is prohibited in the Hadith a. The Prophet of Islam Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: In Sunan Ibn-I-Majah Volume 3, Book of Intoxicants, Chapter 30 Hadith No. 3371. "Alcohol is the mother of all evils and it is the most shameful of evils." b. In Sunan Ibn-I-Majah Volume 3, Book of Intoxicants, Chapter 30 Hadith No. 3392 "Anything which intoxicates in a large quantity, is prohibited even in a small quantity." Thus there is no excuse for a nip or a tot. c. Not only those who drink alcohol are cursed but also those who deal with them directly or indirectly are cursed by Allah. According to Sunan Ibn-I-Majah Volume 3, Book of Intoxicants, Chapter 30 Hadith No. 3380. It was reported by Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: "God’s curse falls on ten groups of people who deal with alcohol. The one who distills it, the one for whom it has been distilled, the one who drinks it, the one who transports it, the one to who it has been brought, the one whom serves it, the one who sells it, the one who utilizes money from it, the one who buys it and the one who buys it for someone else." 8. Diseases associated with alcoholism There are several scientific reasons for the prohibition of consumption of intoxicants i.e. alcohol. The maximum number of deaths in the world related to any one particular cause is due to the consumption of alcohol. Millions of people die every year only because of intake of alcohol. I need not go into the details of all the ill-effects of alcohol since most of them are commonly known. Below is a simple list of few of the alcohol related illnesses: 1. Cirrhosis of Liver is the most well known alcohol associated disease. 2.Others are Cancer of Oesophagus, Cancer of Head and Neck, Cancer of Liver (Hepatoma), Cancer of Bowel, etc. 3.Oesophagitis, Gastritis, Pancreatitis and Hepatitis are linked with alcohol consumption. 4.Cardiomyopathy, Hypertension, Coronary Artherosclerosis, Angina and Heart Attacks are linked with heavy alcohol intakes. 5. Strokes, Apoplexy, Fits and different types of Paralysis are linked with alcohol intake. 6. Peripheral Neuropathy, Cortical Atrophy, Cerebellar Atrophy are well-known syndromes caused by alcohol consumption. 7.Wernicke – Korsakoff syndrome with amnesia of recent events, confabulations and retainment of memory to old events with different types of paralysis are mainly due to thiamine deficiency due to excessive alcohol intake. 8. Beriberi and other deficiencies are not uncommon among alcoholics. Even Pellagra occurs in alcoholics. 9.Delerium Tremens is a serious complication that may occur during recurrent infection of alcoholics or post operatively. It also occurs during abstention as a sign of withdrawal effect. It is quite serious and may cause death even if treated in well equipped centres. 10.Numerous Endocrine Disorders have been associated with alcoholism ranging from Myxodema to Hyperthyroidism and Florid Cushing Syndrome. 11.Hematological ill effects are long and variable. Folic acid deficiency, however, is the most common manifestation of alcoholic abuse resulting in Macrocytic Anemia. Zeive’s syndrome is a triad of Hemolytic Anemia, Jaundice and Hyperlipaedemia that follows alcoholic binges. 12Thrombocytopenia and other platelet abnormalities are not rare in alcoholics. 13.The commonly used tablet metronidazole (flagyl) interacts badly with alcohol. 14. Recurrent infection is very common among chronic alcoholics. The resistance to disease and the immunological defense system are compromised by alcohol intake. 15.Chest infections are notorious in alcoholics. Pneumonia, Lung Abcess, Emphysema and Pulmonary Tuberculosis are all common in alcoholics. 16.During acute alcoholic intoxication, the drunk person usually vomits, the cough reflexes which are protective are paralysed. The vomitus thus easily pass to the lung causing Pneumonia or Lung Abscess. Occasionally it may even cause suffocation and death. 17.The ill effects of alcohol consumption on women deserves special mention. Females are more vulnerable to alcohol-related Cirrhosis than men. During pregnancy alcohol consumption has a severe detrimental effect on the foetus. Foetal Alcohol Syndrome is being recognised more and more in the medical profession. 18.Skin diseases are also related to alcohol indulgence. 19.Eczema, Alopecia, Nail Dystrophy, Paronychia (infection around the nails) and Angular Stomatitis (inflammation of the angle of the mouth) are common diseases among alcoholics. 9. Alcoholism is a ‘disease’ Medical doctors have now turned liberal towards alcoholics and call alcoholism a disease rather than an addiction. The Islamic Research Foundation has published a pamphlet that says: If alcohol is a disease, it is the only disease that: Is sold in bottles Is advertised in newspapers, magazines, on radio and television Has licensed outlets to spread it Produces revenue for the government Brings violent deaths on the highways Destroys family life and increases crime Has no germs or viral cause ALCOHOLISM IS NOT A DISEASE – IT IS SATAN’S HANDIWORK Allah in His Infinite Wisdom has warned us against this snare of Satan. Islam is called the "Deen-ul-Fitrah" or the natural religion of Man. All its injunctions are aimed at preserving the natural state of man. Alcohol is a deviation from this natural state, for the individual as well as for society. It degrades man to a level below that of the beasts he claims to be superior to. Hence the consumption of alcohol is prohibited in Islam. With Dua Aliwale Hussainwale Motive is to get connected with Shia World

Ladies why can't u keep ur hands off ur husbands phone? The other day I heard a shout from my neigbours we all ran there to meet the couple we are all worried because they are only 3 years in marriage with a child they are so much in love, always caring for each other. When we got to their house we met the man in a pool of blood.D couple were fighting because the wife saw the text message of a girlfriend in the husband's phone this led to argument&the man beat his pregnant wife who in turn break his head with bottle, meanwhile they locked themselves in the house. They were eventually rescued&rush to the hospital.Women pls stop checking your husband phone for text messege from girlfriends.Girlfriends pls stop sending text messeges to other women husbands.Wives don't give yourself hypertension just pray for them.I have some one who keep late nights so as to read her husband text messages,She will let the husband Sleep&lift the man's head with the pillow up to take the man's phone to read. She will not sleep while the man is snoring.I told her she will kill herself&that girlfriend will enter. Some men keep their phone inside the trouser while sleeping.Pls give your wives peace of mind they deserve it.
